Arizona Middle-Income Down Payment Assistance (MDPA) Grant – Up to $50,000

The Middle-Income Down Payment Assistance (MDPA) Grant Program can provide up to $50,000 in grant funds toward your down payment and closing costs if you meet the program’s income, credit, and property guidelines.

• Grant assistance up to $50,000 for eligible Arizona homebuyers.
• Designed for first-time homebuyers (or those who haven’t owned in the last 3 years).
• Properties must be located in Arizona and meet county income limits.
• Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
